One of the most comprehensive resources for gadolinium toxicity, the Lighthouse Project provides evidence of harm spanning over a decade. The site authors, Sharon Williams and Hubbs Grimm, are two patients adversely affected by gadolinium who have done extensive research on gadolinium toxicity since 2010. Since 2012, they have been in communication with the FDA and leading radiologists on matters related to GBCA (gadolinium based contrast agent) safety. As patient advocates, they presented in 2017 at the FDA's MIDAC public meeting about gadolinium retention in patients with normal renal function.
The materials below, composed of medical papers, letters to the FDA, and patient-led studies, form a decade-long timeline showcasing patients' advocacy efforts while simultaneously fighting to save their own lives from gadolinium toxicity:
2020 Open Letter to the FDA.
2018 Patient-Led Study on Clearance Times by Agent.
2017 70 Normal Renal Cases.
2014 Symptom Survey.
2013 Patient-Led Study on Gadolinium rentention.
2012 Open Letter to the FDA.

The site authors encourage patients affected by gadolinium to join their private support group, which is not associated with any social media platform: The-MRI-Gadolinium-Toxicity support group. Family members are also welcome to join.
